formerly the rebellion's medic! he'd spent the war looking after a teenager who had nowhere else to go (partially because she felt obligated to and partially because their older sibling tracked him down and threatened to kill him if he didn't) and being a medic. she was very tired of it all.now that the war is over, he works on whatever cerise tells him to. he just wants the war stuff to be over but working with echo and kessler is familiar and considering the situation, she isn't quite ready to go back to living normally juuust yet.
