Personality.GG End-User License Agreement (EULA)

1. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with the terms and conditions of this EULA, Personality.GG grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Software for personal, non-commercial purposes.

2. License Restrictions

You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:

• License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose or otherwise commercially exploit the Software;
• Copy or use the Software for any purpose other than as permitted under this EULA;
• Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile or reverse engineer any part of the Software;
• Remove, alter or obscure any proprietary notice (including any notice of copyright or trademark) of Personality.GG or its affiliates, partners, suppliers or licensors;
• Use the Software to transmit any harmful code, spyware, adware, or other malicious programs or code;
• Use the Software to infringe the intellectual property rights of others;
• Use the Software for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair any server, network, or other infrastructure of Personality.GG.

3. AI-Generated Content

The Software may provide AI-generated content. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may be inaccurate, inappropriate, or offensive;
• Personality.GG makes no representations or warranties about the quality, accuracy, or appropriateness of AI-generated content;
• You are responsible for reviewing and evaluating any AI-generated content before using it;
• AI-generated content may inadvertently reproduce copyrighted material, and you assume all liability for your use of such content.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

The Software, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Personality.GG, its licensors, or other providers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

5. Content Ownership

• You retain ownership of content you create using the Software;
• By submitting content through the Software, you grant Personality.GG a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content for the purpose of providing and improving the Software;
• You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to grant these licenses and that your content doesn't violate any third-party rights.

6. Subscription and Payment

Some features of the Software may require a subscription or payment:

• All payments are non-refundable except as required by law;
• Subscription fees may change with notice before the next billing cycle;
• You may cancel your subscription at any time, but you won't receive a refund for the current billing period;
• If you fail to pay fees when due, we may suspend or terminate your access to premium features.

7. Updates and Maintenance

Personality.GG may from time to time develop patches, bug fixes, updates, upgrades and other modifications to improve the Software ("Updates"). You agree that Personality.GG may automatically download and install Updates without providing additional notice or receiving additional consent.

8. Third-Party Services

The Software may display, include, or make available third-party content or services. You acknowledge that Personality.GG is not responsible for such content or services, and your use of any third-party services may be subject to separate terms and conditions.

9. Disclaimer of Warranty

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. PERSONALITY.GG DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES WITH RESPECT TO THE SOFTWARE, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL PERSONALITY.GG BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE.

11. Term and Termination

This EULA remains in effect until terminated by you or Personality.GG. Personality.GG may terminate this EULA at any time without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and delete all copies in your possession.

12. Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Personality.GG operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in that jurisdiction to resolve any legal matter arising from the EULA or your use of the Software.

13. Changes to this Agreement

Personality.GG reserves the right to modify this EULA at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document or by notifying you through the Software. Continued use of the Software after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised EULA.
