Reisha "Downpour" Arcollos is a very important side character and is a co-leader with her twin sister for the Arcane Research Team (ART sector) for 'The Core'.Despite her appearance and name, Downpour is a rather tranquil, levelheaded and mature person even in stressful situations. While reserved, she speaks firmly and her strong presence demands attention when she wants it to, and she is highly respected by her peers and especially by those in her sector. Her tranquility breaks when she gets excited or passionate about something and she can become very boisterous along with her sister, such as when there's a breakthrough in their research.Downpour's own power is Dragon: White Rain. Her sub-power is water and it has manifested itself as 'cold temperatures' - Downpour can cool down or freeze anything but cannot, technically, create ice.
