'I trust your journey was uneventful?' she inquired, not really caring but wanting to glean any possible information from her client's lackey. Kira quickly accepted the scroll the courier held out, glancing at the signature to verify authenticity before tucking it away in her belt where it could be easily pulled out again. 'Intriguing,' she sighed, smiling once more to break the tense silence. 'Well, then – shall I hear where you've wandered or are done with small talk?'
